If you reside in Spain, you can do so through:

In the electronic Register of the Provincial Council of Málaga accessible through the electronic headquarters at the link https://sede.malaga.es/instancia-general/.

In the common electronic register, accessible on the website https://rec.redsara.es/registro/action/are/acceso.do, selecting, after initiating the procedure, the corresponding unit to which, in accordance with the provisions of this call, the documentation should be directed within the Provincial Council (Delegation of Sustainable Economic Development).
 

C.

At post offices, by certified mail in an close envelope. Only those works bearing the post office stamp with a date equal to or earlier than the delivery deadline will be accepted.
 

D.

At the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.
 

E.

At the assistance office for registers of the Provincial Council of Málaga or at any the following, provided they are connected to the Interconnection System of Registers (SIR): General State Administration, or Administration of the autonomous communities, or entities that make up the Local Administration, or public bodies and entities that make up the institutional public sector.
